At Susana Frade Studio, each copy of “My Musical Journey” is personally autographed and carefully packaged before shipping. Because of the nature of signed physical media, all sales are final.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your CD arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at susanafrmcf@gmail.com.

We will gladly send a replacement.

To start a return, please provide your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are not available for signed CDs unless the item is damaged during shipping.

We do not accept exchanges for different items once an order is placed.
Shipping Issues

Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
